“What’s killing America’s honeybees?”
If the human race, had nothing but water and bread to eat it would be a sick world. Our bodies would start to starve, even if we ate full meals out of bread, and water. The only good thing out of this would be that the United States would lose its title as the “fattest” country. So I hope this pathogen is something that hits once and a while and the bees bounce back.
“Ethanol making new enemies: the neighbors”
Ethanol has its good and bad points, much more research needs to be done before Ethanol refineries start showing up everywhere.
“Gas-price causes not going away”
We really should not be complaining too much, some people in the world pay anywhere from $5.00 to $15.00 per gallon.

Hey, Mr.D
The artical that i read was very intersting and important to me because from what it said the Honey bees are dying from the weather changing in america and in the world form my point of view and also, that has a great impact on us amercains and humans because, the food we get is fruit and wheat and orher crops such as thoses in that topic. Honey bees help produce thoses and keep us with the sullilent friut. and help with the production of those products.
Now the next one that i read was the ethnol this was about lavin the dude not to have ethnol plants because it will renuin the crops he has. in this artical he wanted to see $ signs but instead he put his pitch fork down abd got hes cell and join the rest of the others protesting with the others.

I read three articles and they were about three very important things. One consisted of What’s killing the Honeybees? Well if we don’t try to put a stop on what is happening, which i know we can’t stop because we don’t control the weather. So what they are trying to say is that we will be stuck on bread and water because the bees produce the fruit that we eat.
Another topic i read was the ethenol groups. This was about Lavin not to have ethenol plants because he doesn’t want to ruin his crops hes growing. In the article it said how he would be seeing dollar signs but insted he put down his pitchfork and got his cell, and joined the rest of others organizing against ethenol plants.
The last article was about the rising of gas prices. Int this article it said that gas prices will get higher (of course it will get higher because people travel during the summer so they will get more money) but it also depends on the weather, the refineries, and how much we drive. After the Hurricanes Katrina and Rita they hit the refinering belt and sent the gas prices climbing.
These are very important things in the world today and we the people ned to take the lead and make it a better place.

K so in this article i tpretty much talks about the importance of honeybees. I read/learned that honeybees polinate some of my favorite fruits/vegitables like cucumbers……yummy……..raspberrys cherrys, peaches, avocados, strawberries well i could go on but anyways, scince honeybees dont have a good imunity to virus’ and germs so they die off really easily. Anyways………..that was my favorite part about what i learned from this article.

Mr D.,
The first and most intimidating article you had us read was on the cause of death of the American Honeybees. This actually has real world meaning as to life or death. If all of the honeybees were to die, then the worlds vegetation as we know it would be gone.
The second article was on locations of ethanol plants. The local residents of certain tageted areas for ethanol plants are complaining because they do not want the land they live on soiled by such a thing.
The third article is about how the gas prices are hurting the American economy. With the way they are spiking, we will all go broke trying to drive around to work and back home. This is not quite as bad as it could be, but still…who wants to pay 3.09 for a gallon of unleaded???

Gas-price causes not going away
I think that there is going to be wide spread movements about the rising gas prices of today it is already 3$ a gallon and if it rises more like I predict it will due to massive amounts being used and not enough being produced, I think people will rise up and others will fall, Some will take this like adults and ride bikes, car pull, others will not react well and then freak out pretty much rebell against the government and then maybe turn violent, this is my opinion on this article and I hope that I’m wrong.
next
Ethanol making new enemies: the neighbors
I think that people should be heard, when did making money become more important than the people of America, if they don’t want the Ethanol that close to their homes then I think they should be heard and there should be an alternative, if not then we are letting ourselves be twisted in ways that we shouldn’t and we need to stand up for what we think, As well I think that it’s fantastic that people are voicing their opinion in this article and I think that they are setting a good example for others, however I also feel stongly that the Ethanol should be away from civilization at the risk of effects it could have on the surrounding area
“What’s killing America’s honeybees?”
I think that the recent demise of honeybees is all our fault, and I think that we should begin to take better care of our planet, and if we did then we wouldn’t have any of the problems in any of these articles then we wouldn’t have to write essay’s about this stuff for journalism. we wouldn’t have endangered honey bees we wouldn’t have complaints of ethanol destroying the enviornment of people and we most of all wouldn’t have problems with gas. so if we took care of this fabulous planet we have the honeybees wouldn’t have “honeybee aids.”
yours truely LA Hallinator

This article is about increasing gas prices and what is causing them. It is my personal oppinion that the only way for gas prices to go down are for the american people to take responsibility and not use so much gas, and for the gas companies to care more then just thier profits and look and see what they are really doing to people.
